Before contacting us, please read this help file which contains information on using this site.

Creating your account: from the home page click the "CLICK HERE" Button in the phrase "Takes 1 Minute to Join, Click Here to join the party now, it's 100% FREE!" or the little flashing banner that says 100% FREE. Follow the steps in entering your username and password, as well as personal information. Once you have successfully signed up, you may edit/add your profile information by clicking the "Edit My Bio" link on the sidebar. NOTE: you must be logged in to make any changes to your profile.

Searching member profiles: searching for profiles could not be easier. Simply visit the "Search Singles" link on the top bar, choose your criteria and click submit. Personal profiles will appear based on your search criteria.

Using email: another easy to use and useful feature of Mate for Me, simply click on the mailbox link on the top bar (this will flash when you have new mail), and click on your inbox. To reply to mail, simply click "Reply", and to write a new email, simply click "Type New Mail", type in the members username, your message, and click "send". It's that easy.

E-cards: sending an E-card works in a similar fashion to sending mail, when you are looking through profiles, you will see a link to "Send Virtual Message" to that member. Click on your phrase of choice and click a E-Flower of your choice, then click "Send". When an E-card is sent, it will appear in the mailbox of the recipient, and they will receive an email notification that they have received mail at Mate for Me.

Deleting your profile: If for some reason, you wish to have your profile deleted, simply click the "Edit My Profile" link, located on the site's left hand menu, then change your email address to "delete@mateforme.com". This will prompt us to delete your account. You need not do anything else. Your account will be deleted in due course.

Users online feature: When you log into Mate for Me, you will appear to be "online" to other users. If you leave the site without logging out of your account, you will continue to appear "online" to other users. Therefore, please ensure you log out of Mate for Me when you have finished using it by clicking the "LOGOUT" button, which appears in the upper part of Mate for Me's pages.
